Our internship is designed to be a transformative year where you'll receive hands-on ministry experience, theological training through Portland Bible College courses, heart and life changing teachings from incredible teachers and one on one personal discipleship from our experienced ministry team. This isn't just about gaining knowledge—it's about rolling up your sleeves and diving into real ministry while growing in your understanding, broadening your perspectives and growing in relationship with God.

Our main goal? We want to equip you with both the practical skills and spiritual foundation needed to serve effectively in whatever ability, ministry, calling God has for you. Our program balances structured training with creative flexibility, allowing you to discover your unique gifts while being challenged to grow beyond your comfort zone.

Every intern receives personalized mentorship and is integrated into our church family. We've designed the program to be intensive but deeply rewarding—past interns often tell us this year marked a significant turning point in their spiritual journey in their heart and mind, as well as a Love for the local church prepared them to be able to minister with effectiveness.
