What happens in the Kids room shapes what a child believes God thinks of them. Lakemount Kids leads grades 1–5 through games, worship, and teaching built for how kids learn. If you want kids to know they're seen, you're needed here.

For many people, the first face they see at Lakemount belongs to someone on the connections team. Welcoming at the door, in the parking lot, or walking a guest to a seat. These small gestures can make such a big impact one someone’s morning.

Every Sunday the service reaches people who can't be in the room. The Broadcast team runs the cameras and stream that keep that door open. No experience needed. 

The café team runs Spark Coffee before and between services, giving our guests another reason to linger long enough to meet someone new. If you make people feel at home without trying hard, you'll fit.

Worship is a room turning toward God together, and the platform team helps carry that. Musicians, vocalists, and tech serve so the church can sing with nothing in the way. Bring real skill and a posture that points past yourself.

Nobody notices audio when it's right — they just hear every word and worship without straining. The Audio team mixes for the room and the stream. Good ears matter more than experience; we'll teach you the board.
